Author Guidelines

Thank you for submitting to the Global Conference on Technology and AI in Hospitality and Tourism (GLOTECH).

 

To submit a paper or abstract to this conference, please read the following guidelines. 


All documents should be submitted only in WORD document (.doc or .docx) format.

Types of Submissions

Abstract only should be no more than 1,000 words 

Full paper should be between 3,000-5000 words

Paper Submission:

This conference is a double-blind peer-reviewed conference. You need to submit two different files:

1) Anonymous Abstract or Article File:

Please do not include any identification information including “name, university, affiliation, and contact address” in the “abstract or article file” document as this conference uses double blind peer review process

2) Title Page: (This file will not be sent to reviewers)

All submissions must include a separate title page that contains:

  • Category of submission (e.g., Full Paper, Poster)
  • Publication type preference (e.g., Abstract only, Full Paper, Journal submission)
  • Manuscript title
  • Full details of all authors (name, title, university, email)
  • Presenting author(s) and their attendance type (in person or online)

    Please download and complete the [Title Page Template] and upload it with your submission.

I/We want to submit this to one of the supporting journals for an expedited review.

Please note that there is NO guarantee that your paper will be accepted for publication in supporting journals.
